Connor Cordingley is a PhD student in Planning at the University of Toronto. He is currently interested in how the confluence of climate change pressures and the financialization of the economy is reshaping urban spaces in North America. He is also currently at work on projects focused on eviction and tenants’ rights in Canada, and the impacts of climate change-induced displacement.
He previously completed a Master of Urban Planning degree at McGill University where his research interests centred on the relationship between urban politics, governance and climate planning practices in Montréal.
